Developed by Dr. Harvey Max Chochinov (2002) Dignity Therapy is a brief, evidence-based, narrative intervention to improve quality of life and reduce psychological suffering.

A psychologist conducts and records a short, guided interview asking specific questions about your life, your achievements, and your hopes for loved ones. The audio is transcribed and edited, then returned to you as a hard copy Living Legacy Book to share and reflect with friends and family now and ultimately bequeath to a loved one.
